U are not in college to wear slippers, u need to be professional and look professional and of course there will be some repercussions

Why do I need to be professional? Isn't doing my deliverables enough? If so why isn't the company professional when it comes to hikes and appraisals.

Giving your employees clear communication isn't that supposed to be a part of being professional.

You can lie and cheat as long as you do it in suit and boots

Mate wear whatever you want. Ofcs do not go full crazy and wear half pant and ganji.
