Hello guys currently I'm on central bench in CIS unit and looking for project in DNA unit how to reach out to respective managers. Currently I'm located in Pune DC.

IJP is best way to move out of any unit and get into desired unit.

Will they increase the salary structure? How it works do u have any idea about it.

Yes if it's promotional one salary will increase you can check with Hiring Manager for the same. I did IJP on the same position as I wanted to move in DNA unit anyhow, I didn't get any salary hike .

Start asking people around or start from the top the DNA head and go down. In infy me search articles from DNA group you will find some contact. They can help you get other contacts

Moving from one unit to another is possible only through ijp. Even if you are worthable talent, allocating the project without ijp , required leadership team approval.
