Hi there, in product based companies there are many perks like work life balance, competitive salary, appraisals which fuel an individual to work in the same organisation for a longer period but infosys being a service based company, what is the thing that drove you to continue in the same organisation for such a long period.

- Got married because of "working in Infosys" and later scared of not being demandable to other companies as age is incrementing in the while(true) loop.

- Laziness, probably. But laziness comes from brand value is what I think, as I would be surely staying only for experience if that was not the case.

- Much more interested in deepening knowledge of one particular project/product/family of products and being boss in those (knowledge-wise), and specifically aiming for Manager level roles.
