Finally I have resigned from Infosys & will be joining in Accenture soon.
I see a lot of people in the comments section getting jealous from you brother. Get a life guys. Don't be like if you are stuck here, you want everyone to stuk here. Ofcourse compensation is the reason to move, we don't do charity here.
Congratulations!!! But remember there is a good chance that nothing much will change except your compensation!! So don’t have high hopes if there were non comp reasons for your move!!! Atleast you will have more moo lash in pocket to cover any frustration that come !!
@KnowledgeableWhiskey one thing I want to inform you, in Accenture workload is 2-2.5 time more than Infosys. I came from Accenture. Your variable will be high and you will get very less amount of your variable.
Accentuate is nothing different than Infy ..btw all the best

Coming from Accenture, if you're into learning stuff, you're going get a really good experience there. However I will say that be ready to expect a bit more pressure than Infy, Good luck!!!
