Infy been my first company it gave me everything what I learnt but as day by day it became toxic.Based on my situation I joined as a fresher around March 2021 served here for 4 years and left March 2025. In that time they haven't even provided any proper hikes didn't value the employee. After no hikes for last 2 years I have been allocated to manage two projects at the same time morning I have to support a project afternoon shift i have to support and lead another project it was too hectic for a newbie to lead a project and manage 2 juniors as well.But those juniors whom u train getting more than u..And without a proper team JL 5 resource to lead,they asked me to lead a roll out project.I was working more than 14 hrs a day.I fought with the management to get atleast proper resources and build the teams they didn't took proper action.That part got me and I decided this is the end point that's it I had enough.Dropped papers looked for opportunities sincerely landed up holding two offers. And even though at the final stage i thought of staying here for a 40% retention hike coz of this comfortable hybrid wfh model due to some personal constraints.But they took advantage of my situation mentioning no retention hike is possible as they have no budget as of now to stay here for 6 more months then they will try to bring me something good. Why the f**k should I stay here and to rot here for 6 more months for some perks.I took that decision whatever it takes I ll never wanna continue here.Tried sincerely got two good offers from big4 and a product based with more than 100% hikes and I m finnally out of Infy 😌 Thought of venting it out here..For those folks who are struggling here wanna say this there are ton load of opportunities out there..try to bring the best of urself and give ur best shot u will land up where u deserve!

Secondly no company/organisation is toxic, it's just the team/manager make it toxic. I was working with tcs now I will be joining infy. But earlier I never thought tcs was toxic because I got a good manager and team, once my manager changed the project a new manager came and things became toxic like everything that's why I also left tcs. So that day i realised that no company is toxic, just team members and managers make it toxic.

Early the better bro! I am on notice period now. It's been 11.5 months now with Infy and i have only 30 more days to be out of it. And yes, I am joining a big 4 as well. Cheers! 🥂 Work culture, pay, leadership is all very important to be part of any organisation. I'll keep thriving!

Congrats!!... In earning 3 Yoe this June.... Due to some personal health issues I cannot move out of my home city so searching for new company Id difficult as only TCS Accenture and cognizant only are there here.... So I wanted to know shall I try outside after 3 Yoe or complete 4 Yoe?
I also want to move out... But I have home loan.. So I can only leave the company if only I have an offer in my hand
Do try with all the big names HCL,Wipro,TCS, Accenture they will accept 90 NP...and after getting a offer then u drop papers..
It was one hell of a ride for me but at the end it was worth it...for me everything was bottling me up so I dared to give a try thought of revoking at the last minute with retention hike...but I got a better opportunity so I took it..
Joined 3 months ago as lateral, i also want to resign without an offer. I am in support project i tell that nothing to learn i feel like that in last 3 months i did nothing. Very worst as compared to my previous 3 companies.

Don't you think u r super lucky? Joined as a freshed and in 4 years you started managing 2 junior resources and 1 jl5..
Sry I think u misunderstood there is no JL5 in the team..the team itself two JL3 and myself JL4 😂 I asked for a JL 5 and JL4 for the team who were able to take objects on their own.. but they gave two JL 3 juniors who were new to the domain and they pushed me to deliver around 80 objects within 2 months with this two juniors which is not even possible.I assigned myself with critical task and assigned the junior with moderate ones..I need to complete mine and manage them when they are stuck and need to do the review of the FS and give ETA's😂 Managing the team itself a seperate task that is what I feel..and I can't blame the juniors they done their best upto their level..but it was frustrating for me to complete my tasks as well to back them up.. May be if u r in my shoes u could have done it better 🙂
Congratulations 👏👏. Did you put papers only after getting offers or before that? I am also planning to move out. But concerned about the 3 months np.
I have cleared HCL while the offer was in the pipeline stage itself i dropped my papers...Later on HCL HR played around didn't provide proper response asked for early release and then ghosted me without releasing offer..so technically it's like dropped papers and searched.. But clearing an interview gives us the confidence that we can pull off something...so I didn't backed out tried till the end..
But just FYI i thought even everything falls apart we can revoke our papers till the last day of ur notice period..so I dared to give a try..
It's upto everyones concerns about their situations and criterias at where they are..
