Trending @Infosys; Feeling low
I have recently joined back after Maternity leave and looking for projects. Back in 2021, I joined Infosys for a tool based technology and currently that tool become legacy. So I couldn't find any relevant projects. Even Though I have training knowledge in various tools and technologies, I am getting rejected saying that I don't have an project experience.
I don't know how to convince them for projects. Some one please help me.
Do some certifications in cloud, every month azure, GCP and AWS cloud vouchers emails come, you can get free vouchers, clear few of those certifications and get a project in cloud. Besides cloud, you can also go for cyber security, you can get vouchers for that too i think.

I have been there. Returning from ML and trying to get back to track is a difficult time. But don't worry too much, go with the flow.. Try to brush up a skill you have good hands-on/ project experience. Take one or 2 courses, either lex or outside one. Take a few assessments or certification just to gain some confidence. Try not to accept completely different skill set projects as it will be difficult to learn something from scratch right now. I got trapped to an entirely different skill project hence saying this.
