Trending @Infosys; Fake resignation
There is no promotion in Infosys I asked the mentor but no lt sure they will provide or not
If I put the seperation/ resignation in infosys I heard that infosys will try to retain most of the employees I am specialist programmer
May be then they might give promotion or some hike ?
Can we cancel our resignation at the last day of the of the notice period if infosys doesn't retain and do not get any offer??
First thig is anyone is replaceable in it company.
If your dependency is high and without you there will be business activity may impact. Then you can resign and they will definitely try to retain you. They will try to retain with either promotion or 20-25% hike.
Brother you think in other way you will get good hike outside why to have this drama for 15-20% hike.
I hold good dependency in my project. Since I resigned I am getting call from pm and dm to retain. But they are trying to retain at 20% hike that too with verbal promise. As I hold offer with 130 percent hike I don't think any advantage of settling here.
