Started with 29K per month in 2019...
Gone to Bangalore, worked for HUL in shantiniketan.. career was quite good but corona tore my career apart and i was back to pune.
50K per month till i left my first company...
Joined infy in 2022 with 75K per month..
2 years no hike.. did IJP got 12% hike and then at the start of 2025 got 8% wage hike... 90K per month till i left infy in July 2025..
Joined opus for client mastercard.. got 160K per month in hand... Currently on going
I'm not bitching or something guyz.. this is a good progression? My colleagues are getting paid like 2.5K pm and I feel low ...
skills : Java, spring boot , microservices, CICD , Kubernetes and Gen AI
No matter how much you earn in a few days past that if you just rely on how you are feeling you will just keep feeling insecure and anxious about the salary. Period .
So trust stats and keep trying to be better than what you were yesterday (it's not just about money)
