Trending @Infosys; Facing Pressure During Notice Period – Need Guidance
Hi all, I’m currently serving my full notice period, and the system shows my last working day as 27th June, already validated by HR. However, today my manager called and questioned my work during this period and asked me to share an Excel report of my tasks. He also mentioned that he might escalate the matter to HR and possibly extend my notice period, which is making me anxious.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? Can a validated last working date be extended like this? Any guidance would be really appreciated.

No worries man. They cannot extend the notice period. They've power only to reduce it not to increase it, it's completely against rules so no worries just chill out
But he is saying me like he is not approve my WFH and all it will treated as leave what to do in that case
