Manager being partial about future opportunities. It feels like work done by me isn't get appreciated. Most of work in my project is getting done by me but when time comes for opportunities manager is giving preference to other i.e promotion, on-site or other responsibilities.

Need to talk to him directly one on one on where is the gap. Don’t be a silent sufferer won’t help anything. Note down all positives you have done on project , negative also if any and ask him where you are going wrong that you aren’t getting any recognition for your work

I did talk to him twice, everytime anything important comes he brings out issue of leave and talks about visibility and availability, even though I do help out team over mail or teams on weekends or after hours for more than 2-3 hours.

Don't suffer just make it clear what your aspirations are to your manager..
