I recently terminated, they had given service certificate letter, they denied to give experience letter , are both are same . Can I use to switch to another company using service certificate
Sorry to hear that ! .I guess you can use service certificate in certain companies who are less bothered about documents but SKILLS.
But may I please know the reason for they terminated you. It's due NI rating? , Did they put in you PIP? If yes what were the options you had given.( I understand your current situation and I shouldn't be asking this question but your answers will certainly help to those who recently got NI or PIP.

Both are different. But still companies accept service letters. But some may question you, why ?. You don't need to give them any explanation, say you have signed an NDA and can't answer that question. Brush up your skills before interviews, only the HR may ask why service letters, so you better crack the interview and don't lead the conversation to service letters until they ask you something. ATB
I think mostly service based company gives service certificate only there will not be any experience letter. When I left TCS due to low salary and resigned they also given me service certificate and not experience letter. While joining infy they accepted this service certificate and on boarded here.
When did u take certification..after how many days you got this mail?
Tcs provided service letter only to me, I thought both are same. You should be fine I guess.
