Can any TL please let me know how much CTC can we expect if we got promoted to TL from TA

One of my colleague got promoted from TA to TL and got package around 10lpa but earlier package was 6.5lpa

Most probably he did put papers he got 10 LPA.

Yes for promotion the standard hike is 17.5%

I think there is standard hike of 17.5% no asking or any such thing unless you resign.But sure you need to try asking 10 LPA.
