I am doing WFH the entire month from September due to some medical issues. My WFH request goes as an exceptional request after WFH is completed. But still my manager approves of it. She hasn't asked anything yet. Also i haven't informed her that I am doing WFH.

I am afraid this will be a problem in the future?

If your manager's cool with it, you're probably fine. But better to inform her to avoid any surprises later on
