Sir humare variable pay wahi decide karte hai. And unka variable decide hota hai based on lower costs / higher profit se 🤣🤣 by that logic 9cr easy money !! Keep squeezing the costs let revenue grow slow cause anyways yiu can’t do much on that front.
The very people who decide when you will get a hike and what will be your variable pay and who are squarely responsible for the growth of the company. And then we get a reason growth is slow !! But clearly not impacting them !!
Why don’t they raise the salaries of the employees who actually get the job done..
