Can anyone confirm that am I going to get the gratuity amount if I put papers within 5 years?? In e seperation system I could see that applicable amount.

If you worked more than 4.5 years then you will get it. Means you can resign after 4 year and 3 months. 4 year and 4 months to be on safe side.
Also you can use infyme to cancluate the exact date to resign in order to get Gratuity.

As per policy of Infosys employees are eligible for gratuity payouts upon completion of 4 years and 183 days of continuous service.
