I have referred a candidate for one profile. Candidate got offer letter, but while uploading document in Launchpad, continuously facing issue even after uploading the education documents

Tried reaching Launchpad team, but the solution provided by them didn’t work

What should I suggest candidate in this case? Will it affect onboarding?
