Trending @Infosys; ENGENCCC Unit.
Hi All,
Does anyone got fired from ENGENCCC unit ? I am on bench from past 4+ months and they are not moving me to central bench always i will be there 3-5 days for Unit Bench and later they will put me into Pre-Peoduction project codes.
Even I am asking my TPD Manager but he is nor responding anything.
I am JL4 and my rating is Needs Improvement.
Does anyone has same issue and is it good to stay in pre production code rather than bench ?
It's better to circulate ur profile to other unit PM and ping them on teams for project opportunity with ur tech stack and ex ,rather simply being on bench/pre-prod, based upon ur interview, u can be transferred to any unit project and respective PM will take care of all things from their end , need improvement is not safe indication.
Pre-production means buffer resource.
Bench people won't get VP but pre-production does get.
If you are on pre-production without working then good for you
