Trending @Infosys; Employee ID blocked centrally..

Hello, my id is blocked and due to that manager is not able to map me to any project code. I asked HR about it and she told that my id is blocked centrally and she is not sure whether it can be unblocked. She didn't clarify more on this. Can anyone tell me what does this mean?
