Hi I would like to know the rating process in edge verve , I have heard here 2 ratings taken in 6 months .oct - march and April to sept .

So question is does any of the half yearly rating result to promotion ?
currently my oct -march is showing as with HR reviewer what does it mean ..? Promotion

🤨 I know I have kept my hopes high but still want to understand process 😌

Ratings play a major role in promotion, once you completed the min years of experience you need to connect with manger for promotion, then he will nominate you and based on the slot availability you will get promoted
