I remember I have submitted work from home.for my previous week (13-17 oct) for all 4 days in Saturday.but there could be a network issue and the WFH request from the previous week didn't get submitted. but even I didn't receive any mail reminder to regularise my attendance for any date.
on 21 oct i received an email that my attendance for Oct month has not been regularised.. particularly no date has been mentioned and i have missed to read it unfortunately.
and now they have deducted my 6 earned leave for the previous week and also for this week as well... iam completely surprised and sad.. how could they did .. did someone experience this.?. my WFH balance is still showing 200+ hours.
what to do in this case.

Immediate apply On duty and get it approved by your manager. Then raise IHD, they will reverse the leaves, if the respective dates OD is approved
Do it asap, OD beyond 20 days maynot be possible via JL6, and may need JL7 approvals
Which unit are you in btw ?

thank you...how to apply OD..?. as for those date.. it's not allowing me to apply WFH.. AHd request I have raised today ... and I'm from IVS -HLCP

Infy me --> in search bar type on duty, you'll get Apply OD option. Put it for your impacted dates. In comment mentioned attendance regularisation as per IHD # XYZ
Before raising OD connect with you manager and tell him that IHD people asked you to raise OD to get your backdated attendance regularised, and if he can pls approve this, in place of WFH request.

If u have received confirmation after submitting wfh that it was submitted successfully, take that as a proof and raise an ihd.
