Trending @Infosys; Early releaseeee.

I am a bilingual engineer with Japanese certification. I have joined Infosys on May. I am still on my probation period. And I dropped my resignation yesterday. Since I'm going to pursue my higher study in Japan, I dropped my resignation. And my notice period is 90 days, even on my probation period. So I asked my project manager for an early release for this. I just need to join there My student visa is in process, and I need to join Japan University within the next 30 days. So I'm just opting for an early release, or else a buyout option is also fine for me.and I don't think I don't have much dependency on my Project as I joined 2 months back.So what will happen if my manager declines for early release. I can continue in infosys only for next 30 days..I'm ready for the buyout option... But my manager is not accepting for that too...I don't know what to do in this case. Other than absconding after 30 days..I know it will make a blackmark in career.but I don't have other options i waited for this opportunity 3 years. Please help me with your suggestions guys.

Talk to higher ups. Go high till you are heard both on project side and on hr side with relevant proof. They will agree
