So my manager agreed on giving me a early release 2 months ago and the unit hr also agreed for it. Now they are saying I need to complete my notice period but I cannot do that since I have to move out of infy by next week to do masters abroad. What can I do in this case?
Even on bench are they asking you to serve till 3rd month?

I am, manager is ready to release but senior manager is saying to allot me to new project just for last month. I have mailed hr about the situation, waiting for the reply now
