Hi all, I have an offer outside Infosys and will be on bench next week, I need to be relieved early inorder to get that job.

This can be done ? If yes how flexible they will be ? And how short can the notice period can be brought down to ?

Don’t tell them before you officially go on bench. Once on bench you put papers and ask for early release

Resign asap and ask for early release. Since you will be on bench early release is possible
