Trending @Infosys; Early release for bench?

I am currently on bench for a month (allocation is still with my last project but there is no assigned work) I have given a few interviews and secured 2-3 offers but I have not given my notice yet to Infosys. Since I am on bench is it possible that they will release me early? A friend from TCS said he got immediate release because he was on bench. Has anyone faced a similar situation?

You will get for sure. Even billable employees they are releasing in 1 month if the employee wants

Then that person will get extra 2 month salary or only 1 month

That how much salary employee will get .... I have no idea. But the concern is early release because u have good offer then will get early release without any issue
