Hi All, I am in middle of a Job Offer Conversation, where they want me to join within 60 days or the offer might get cancelled. Is there anything that could be done to get an early release?

Manager can only help.then hr will update in esaparation portal.

Your DM has to approve and in some case SOH has to approve. It’s a painful process. They will not take this much pain.
