"Both my friend and I joined Infosys around the same time, with my friend starting in December 2021 and myself in January 2022. We were allocated to the same project and have been working together since. Recently, we both received progression letters for the Senior Systems Engineer (SSE) role. However, my friend also received an Early Career Reward mail with a salary hike, which I did not receive."
Can anyone help on that why it happened?
I also joined Infosys in January 2022. But I did not get progression. On what basis we are getting progression?
As per Infosys it should happen automatically in the systems but nowadays it depends on the manager.
In my case they recommend me for SSE
Basically its when you have completed 24 month in the company. I faced the same problem and dint recieved the progression, so i asked my project manager and kept on pinging her about it. She said that my name is suggested by her for nomination which i don't think is truth. After several attempts and pinging to HR, my manager told me i hv been progressed in the last quater itself just the letter was stuck somewhere. So you see you have to do the inquiry about it. Ask your manager and even HR.
