Hi,
I informed about my resignation to my manager on last month Feb 27th via email I asked him the LWD he mentioned from effective date of email. Yesterday only I come to know about the e separation request from one of my team members, I raised the request yesterday. But it took start date as current date and end Date is plus 90days. I informed my manager, No reply from him. can I negotiate the lwd. How it will work?
If you have proof from your manager that he mentioned 90days from the date of email.
Request him that u didn’t know about this process and ask him to change LWD
I had a call with my manager, in that he said he will initiate the process, later on I didn't hear anything from him. Even I was alo busy with my work.🥲
Dont be like Abhimanya, you should know exit process as well along with entry process!!
Big mistake you did, you should raise the e-separation..now you have to suffer only.. I don’t think so manager will agree on this he/she will convey the same you should raise in e-separation. Inform your counter offer company about this may be they understand…but Infy ppl will not that’s for sure so better apply your energy outside…
Red flag right here, you are at mercy of your manager now.
