I'm planning to put my papers because of low salary and benefits. Work environment is atleast average for me unlike other people here. But I want to do a little negotiation for higher salary. If I apply for e-separation will Infosys try to retain me by giving a hike?

Max to Max they can give 10-15% hike to retain. And that too if you are critical in your project
