Only if you and your manager are on good terms. I did the same, had a call with the manager explaining my struggle and why I am looking for a new job,i had financial reasons. I told her I may put down paper as the 90 day notice period is not helping. She said she will not accept it until I confirm I have an offer, else I can revoke. So they took a replacement and I gave kt, in parallel attended interviews and by god's grace, got an offer, until I got a good one I didn't tell them. Got another one too, Then I told her that I got one and still she waited until last week. But I got NI rating, so it is not easy if you're staying back. She wanted me to get a better job as she knew they were gonna give me NI to save a co-lead who has been in the project for long. I got 2 awards in that quarter , she said they did just to distribute ratings. No pip for me.

Yes you can, but if you managers accepts then he has to accept your revocation as well. Mostly they will. Unless your resignation causes you to move to bench before your lwd. And when you revoke you are on bench. In that case manager has no incenyive keeping you

But your manager should accept revoke request...if he dosent...you will be in big trouble
