Hi, I will complete 2 years in infosys this October. I have completed my learning path. DQ score is 90. And billable utilisation for the last 8 months is 100%. Can someone let me know if I'm eligible for it. And how much and when can I expect the promotion.

I am in the same situation, i asked a few people and they told me that the minimum commendable rating should be there. And we can expect a hike between 20 to 30 %
What will you do with the meager amount of hike u get from promotion, skill up and switch 2 years is more than enough, but it's better if u can get hike but before u switch
You've met the criteria for billable utilization and learning path. If your performance rating is "Met expectation" or above, you should be eligible. Promotions usually happen during appraisal cycles.
