Hi Friends, I just received a DSE-L1 progression email.. my previous ctc was 6.6 lpa. And there could be a yearly hike as well (I've received a commendable rating this year). In the new ctc they have mentioned some allowances, incentives and performance bonuses.

Could anyone tell me what could be my new in hand and how does this quarterly bonus thing work?
