Whom we need to approach for DSE promotions I have connected with my manager delivery manager HR and with my unit anchor my delivery manager have exception for billing rate issue because of client's budget issues everyone working in that account have billing rate issues still other stream got promoted because I'm DSE I'm not getting anything not even skill tag incentives it's been 4 years I'm still in DSE L0 my colleagues from other units got promoted when there billing is 13 I'm from DX my Billing is 20 even after my manager unit anchor gave exception but HR is not accepting it how this exceptions differ from unit to unit and L0 to L1 threshold is 32$ from L1 to L2 also it is same how the system is. Please give your suggestions on this. TIA
