Trending @Infosys; DSE Bridge wave 8 - Query regarding role change and salary
I cleared the DSE Bridge in April and have completed all the required training. As per the bridge team’s instructions, my role change to DSE will be effective from 1st July 2025, and they mentioned that the official role change letter will be out by the end of September 2025. They also informed me that I will receive the salary arrears for July and August.
I just have one query out of curiosity, will the updated payscale along with the arrears for July and August be reflected in the September salary, or will it be given in the next quarter?
Also what will be the exact salary after becoming DSE through a bridge program?

Why are you saying this? Will this role transition process happen smoothly or not ?
Yes it will happen smoothly but don't expect much in terms of increment. If you had put the same effort into switching to other companies, your reward would have been 100%-120%.
