Trending @Infosys; DSE BRIDGE: ELIGIBLE/NOT ELIGIBLE
I have been trying to give DSE bridge from last quarter where i was not eligible, now this quarter it states still jot eligible. On raising an AHD they said HILADM is not complaint for this quarter for DSE Bridge. Why, nobody knows... Meanwhile as this post gives the Billing Threshold imcluding HILADM so why its not COMPLAINT for the same.
Anyone facing the same issue?

I recently joined Infy with JL 4
So Bridge Programs are basically as the name suggests a pathway to get on a higher position. There are Various kind of Bridge Program of which is DSE for Digital Specialist Engineer position.
I m not an Op unlike u i might be UE, Underpaid Employee. Now u will get eligible for these program after an Year so sit back and chill.
Your unit may have not reached the billing threshold. In this case you can do anything as it is not about you but business related to your unit. Hard luck bro.
I was not able to apply in last quarter also... So can't able to meet the threshold from 6 months. Neh man the Unit has performed well as stated in the Quaterly Results
