Trending @Infosys; Dropping a mail to HR and all upper management and my team

Since I had an argument with my manager I am thinking about dropping a mail to the HR all the upper management and my team stating that how this person is so full of Ego and ignorant and how he has mentally harassed me and yelled at me But then again I think it's not best maybe I am over reacting and I should wait till September and resign because i september i will complete 3 yrs in this πŸ’©

You can add feedback in esep form which will have impact but if an email u need email proof for your claims in esep they will hold manager accountable

Calm down relax take deep breaths!!! Think Cooly is there any benefit you will get out of this !! Was the said person unprofessional and do you have proof to back it up. Was it only with you or your entire team. Will other team members back you if asked. Think all of this before doing what you are proposing. And write in most professional way possible and not like personal rant out of frustration. How it’s impacting project, team morale , client relation ops etc
