1 day, also completing a certification doesn't ensure DQ a skill tag path needs to be completed for DQ increase

Skill tag path compulsory? Because individual skills are also there in DQ and that skill needs only one certificate as per learning and certificate path

No it's not like that your competency in particular skill should move be it beginner to competent or to proficient and by taking 1 certificate it doesn't guarantee that
