Trending @Infosys; DQ Score . . . .

How to increase DQ scores. Anyone please guide. As I have Completed some internal certification but still it is not increasing.

Not sure about the exact steps. But i heard that it all depends on training , certifications, skill tag. Btw what is your DQ score.

Please connect with your team mates who have dq score over 70. Check with them what all the training they have completed. That might help you. 40 sounds too low. 🙂

Simple process .. earn skill tags ☺️ To check which skill tag to pursue , check your unit / team mates , ms team profile , in front of there name a skill tag name will be mentioned ..pursue that ..
process while overview is in L&C you will have to update ur 3 primary skills .. if all the top 3 skills reached proficient level DQ would raise to 75 points (25 each ) . Also each skill tag awards different points , vary from 15/20/30 points .. max 3 skill tags can be add / earned in a profile along with your top 3 skills ..

The process is quite enhance can’t be explained to core in chats 😊 Do one thing go to infy me -> on left side (3 grid lines -select ie . Hamburger menu ) ~> select Learning & career -> select career gambit -> Here explore the page of Get, Set , Go . Here a lot of artifacts/documents and videos are there , go through one by one .. more or the less you have to explore L&C (learning & career ) page and play with the skill profile 😊
