Cry as much as you are. I have seen many juniors in Infosys like u. Involving my family is the way you can go around to trigger someone when you don't have any context and content. Grow up kid.
With 105 I'm in the top 2% percentile.
I have 110 points and I am in the top 3%
You need atleast 110 dq
It's okay if you're working under a project but in some cases even though you work under a project it's mandatory to increase DQ increase and need to do certifications relevant to the project or your domain
What will be the effect of not doing any certification..
