Hi folks,

I joined as a lateral in jan month, I have received only 62% PB for Jan-March quarter . In offer letter it is mentioned that I will be getting 50% of PB in first 6 months as a guarantee VP .How this works? Will I get 138% PB in aug month which includes the arrear VP

I am new to this VP/PB concept. Can anyone clarify on my doubts?
