Hr called me and offered 5 months salary or 2 months PIP . I opted for PIP. I have a doubt , If I'm not clearing PIP will they mention in the relieving letter? That I did not perform well....
If you do not clear it they will clearly mention your performance. 5 month salary is a great deal. If you think you have stuff to clear you why can't you clear the interview for a better package. Big mistake bro.
They won't mention on relieving letter
PIP is useless bro.. you should have gone for 5 months salary instead. even if u clear PIP, u will be on bench. Most of the managers don't take people who was in PIP.
if u just want experience and prepare for another company then u did well..

Yeah generally if we don't clear PIP it is kind of like a termination that will be mentioned as per my understanding.
