Trending @Infosys; Doubt regarding hike and promotion of a senior associate consultant

I joined infy as a Senior Associate Consultant in dec 2022 . I have till date not got any hike . Last year dec they changed the criteria to employee needs to have 2 years in company untill october. So , does anyone know if i am eligible for hike this nov/dec . Also if i can ask if i can be promoted ??
