Hi folks,

I have submitted my resignation on employee separation portal on 8th Feb. But its still in validation phase at HR. How much time it generally take to validate or do I need to communicate with HR on this?

Your notice period is calculated from the day you submitted

It will take the usual time it takes for process. Nothing you can do to speed it. Unless they want to release you early
