Trending @Infosys; Doubt in ACON hike
Hi, i joined as a fresher in JL3 role and completed 3 years so far. Currently I am in SSE role. Many of my friends got JL4 promotion. But I didnt get so far. No proper response from manager. I got ME ratings for past 2 cycles.
Now my doubt is., if i apply for associate consultant and get it. How much will be my salary?
Currently i am getting 4.5 LPA. Please suggest me whether i can wait for JL4 promotion as TA or shall i try Associate consultant?
For which role i ll get good hike.
Some of my frnd who got CD or OS got JL4 promotion with package if 6.5 LPA. But i dont think I ll get that hike since my rating is ME.
So please suggest me which will give me good hike ? Waiting for TA promotion ? Or Getting associate consultant?
Bro Directly ask your manager it's better that way.
One more thing how much hike they give for ME rating? This is my first yr in Infosys so want to know what's the usual hike for ME rating?
Just give it a try or else check for IJP opportunities
U should take what u get
If u get acon take it(not easy whole process is flawed and also they choose based on filters like ratings and not performance )
Ta(easier since u can get from manager by convincing)
