Trending @Infosys; Dotnet Full stack Developer working with Servers and Completely new technologies not relevant to my domain
Hi all,
I’m .Net core full stack developer having experience in dotnet core ,dotnet framework and front end technologies like angular, javascript,html,css, typescript in my last company . I have recently joined Infosys cleared my project interview and joined the project, work has started for but all the work I’m doing is completely different to my domain and it’s not supporting the tech stack I have experience on . What should I do , should I speak with my manager and get release from the project ? Will there be any problems for me if I got released from the project so soon ? Will I be terminated ?Will Infosys ask me to put in papers ?
Can you guys share your insights on this on what to-do ?

Nope such extreme responses would not be there. But if you are not happy call it out early to your manager. See once someone is out on a project it’s very difficult to take them out soon. Many people have to be answered to and a replacement has to be arranged. Manager will try to convince you to stay on or extend your stay. If you become adamant they will eventually release you but it will take a lot persuasion. If your skill set is string and your confident go ahead and be adamant and take release . You can easily find a new project
