Trending @Infosys; DON'T LOSE HOPE
I spent 3+ yrs at Infy and in the past 1 year since I started looking for another job I saw many Infoscion on GV sharing similar stories about how they feel they're underpaid here and want to switch but not getting enough calls due to 90 days NP and when got calls, couldn't crack the interview as their learning at Infy has been so little. I had the same story. Too little learning and no salary hike. So to all such folks, here's a tip DON'T LOSE HOPE. When you're not able to achieve what you want even after working hard, work harder. Find more ways to gain knowledge/expertise on your tool/tech. Just don't give up after rejections, keep fighting. I failed 12 interviews before cracking the 13th interview with a Big 4. Took my learning from each and every interview I failed and kept applying it in the next interviews. From One Day to Day One, it's your journey, own it.

How to get calls and schedule an interview if you have 3 months notice period?
Some companies still consider people with long NP. You have to keep applying for such jobs and wait patiently for a response.

Now if required infy can release you early. So Even if you are not sure tell then your official notice period is 90 days but it's negotiable to 60 days. Once you are selected and when joining is near then you can say your current org is not releasing then they will wait for 30 days. Because they don't want to go back again to get new candidate.

Same situation for me as well.. Lost 8 interviews and many companies didn't even scheduled interviews and some companies didn't came back after interview but finally got 2 offers. Never loose hope some thing will happen.
Lovely☺️
