Currently i am in an oracle unit which i do not like They put me in this domain even though they did not ask my interest. I want to switch my domain from oracle to java is it possible to switch my job in java career?
You can also try the BRIDGE Program. I recently switched from the Oracle department to the SAP department. Via this bridge, I got promoted from Senior System Engineer to Associate Consultant with revised salary.
Try ijp but it requires you to work in a previous project for min 18 months..
I have already worked in a project for 24 months but it's been 2 months in my current project and both were testing domain. So I am concerned that for DevOps role they will ask for experience even if I go through IJP. Any idea or suggestion on this?
For selection -
1.Certification on Lex
2.Video assessment
After selection there will be trainings divided into two parts

Generic training - You will be given some LEX courses and you have complete them along with your current project work. After that there will be one generic assessment

Stream assessment - this will be different according to the allocated department. There will be classroom training and at the end stream assessment
Stream training also has group project assignment based on stream training. They will give you some work to complete on system and you have to complete it in groups.
