Trending @Infosys; Does probation extension leads to termination

I'm a SP, got training on .NET. After training my profile was shared with a client and I didn't get any call for the interview. Now from the last 3 month my profile hasn't been shared with any client. And now my probation has been extended for 2 months. And it's not just my case most of the people from my batch who has been trained on .NET have same issue. So what does probation extension means. I'm scared does it lead to termination. What should I do.
