Trending @Infosys; Does Non compete agreement really matters?
I signed non compete agreement in infosys while on boarding. So the agreement says that there are some companies restricted to join immediate of 12 months after resigning infosys.Sall i apply for the interview or not?Please give your valuable advice
No one cares.
I believe It is not about joining rival company.. but working for the same client within 6 or 12 months of joining that company...u can always join rivals..everybody does that...but cannot work for the same client as the last one in infy for a defined period.
Not in India . And not for mid junior level folks. Infy will not spend time and money chasing you. But the company / client hiring you must agree first. Sometimes they themselves don’t encourage such recruitment
You can apply. Employees from respective companies join other restricted companies. Senior management people even joined as CEO/CFO
