Trending @Infosys; Does infosys has thought on retaining senior employees and pay revision to them since laterals getting more than seniors ?What's ur opinion

infosys doesn't seem to care much about retaining senior employees. they pay laterals more, which is unfair to loyal staff. 🤷‍♂️ seniors should get better pay revisions, but it looks like they don't prioritize it.
