Trending @Infosys; Does Infosys allow to re join ?
Anyone knows if someone (Technology Lead) resigns after working for almost 2 years then he/she can rejoin or not after may be 2-4 years ? I know there is a status like rehire status, in what case this status is changed to No. As per my knowledge if this status is NO then the candidate can never join back.
You can rejoin only if you’ve served 4 years here or else you can’t rejoin
This 4 years criteria is for juniors, this is what my sr manager told. For JL 5 he told that it’s 2 year
Yes correct 4 years criteria is for freshers and for laterals it is for 1 year. But why you want to re join? I don't see any reason
When leaving , you go with good terms and then the rehire will be marked as yes by the manager.
Okay then I think my rehire status will be yes. Because I am in very good relationship with my both manager and I performed really well.

Great to know. How many years you spent at infy when you joined for the 1st time and what was your position at that time ?
They can rejoin anytime unless they have done anything unethical which is violating internal policies.
